Abstract/Sommario: Korean Christianity is described as 'the second largest missionary-sending church' in the world: as the number of Korean missionaries to the world grows, so do the ecumenical challenges facing the increasing number of Korean missionaries. The article aims to evaluate the ways in which the Korean missionary movement is surveyed statistically, the cross-cultural sensitivity of Korean missionaries, their lack of missionary ecumenism and the triumphalism of the Pax Koreana.
