Abstract/Sommario: The A. analyses the issue of the Islamization of law in the country as part of the attempt the Muslim make of Islamizing modernity. From this process emerges the whole problem of applying Human Rights in the frame of the religious scrupulosity of the Sudanese people and the possible friction between the Islamic heritage and Universal human rights.
