A Current Snapshot of North American Protestant Mission
Abstract/Sommario:
In 2008, 966 organizations (800 U.S., 166 Canadian) were surveyed to collect data for statistical survey of North American Missionaries Protestant agencies . The survey reported a total of 139,269 people serving full time in 217 countries and territories. There were 119 new agencies (not listed in 2005 survey), but they added only 0,5% to the number of long-term workers.
