Is India's vote against Iran's nuclear programme at the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) Board of Governors meeting only an aberration or a shift in foreign policy? In any case, the government's weak defence of its action fails to conceal the arm-twisting by the United States. India's Government approved the USA position in order to stop nuclear arms in Iran
